Kann schon hin kommen, ja. Ist aber halt ein Mortgage REIT, klar das hier ein hoher Risikoabschlag vom Markt eingerechnet wird.

Genau genommen sogar zwei, denn am 28.12. ist ExDay, auch wenn das Geld erst im Januar kommt. :-)

Der starke Dollar kommt sehr vorteilhaft gerade. Es gibt ja noch einen Dividenden Termin 2018.
