We should have a press release update once the CSE hearing date is scheduled. Probly next few days. I misspoke when I said December. This is what our lawyers were originally aiming for in a call last week. They are working on dates with CSE now. 3 26 Nov 2024, 00:32

The cse issue only arose about a month ago, and it takes time to find specialized counsel to deal with this. Then they schedule hearing as soon as they and cse can. Looks like we have a mid January hearing date scheduled at this point. But who knows.

Hab den guten auch schon 3 Emails geschrieben, ob man mal Informationen erhalten könnte. Was im Hintergrund grad unternommen wird etc. Aber keinerlei Reaktion :(
