So isset. Ich war gut 20 Jahre fürs Auslandsgeschäft zuständig. Ich formuliert es mal so: wenn man einen Focus in Land xy mit Produkt xy und Firma xy setzt, dann hat man sich dafür positioniert. Vice versa ...das mindeste was du mitbringst, ist ein MoU oder einen LOI. Alleine schon um den CEO ruhig zu halten 😉

Ein MOU steht ganz am Anfang der Kette. Erstkontakt und ein bißchen gegenseitiges Beschnüffeln. Ist aber ein ganz guter Indikator, ob NioCorp eine realitätsnahe konkrete Planung vorlegen kann. Wenn ja, sollte es recht schnell weitergehen mit dem Kontakt. Wenn nicht, hat NioCorp auch nichts Greifbares anzubieten. Auf jeden Fall besser zur Einschätzung als die netten Shareholder-Briefchen, die wenig Aussagekraft haben. CEO fällt ja immer durch sehr vollmundige Aussagen auf, jetzt wird sich zeigen, ob sie auch liefern können.
