According to this NEJM paper Medicare will reimburse $NVO and $LLy same old prices for diabetes , CV and sleep apnea indications. And obesity indication ( huge pool of pts) will be extra. Until balance program takes over Bridge ( active till Dec 2027) This is huge extra revenues for both $LLY and $NVO.
