ZEUS - P3 with Ziltivekimab just completed……. $NVO This means we soon will get PR with top line data. This is first in class. That means high risk. In P2 Ziltivekimab reduced CRP (inflammation) with up to 88%…… IF and that’s still a big IF data confirms very high reduction in CRP then NVO will have a new multi billion dollar molecule. But as I said. This is HIGH risk. So could also end with much less favourable data that will impact SP negatively. The name of the game….. developing new molecules with new mechanisms in the specific diseases $LLY $VKTX

Wegovy pill had TRx 261,000 in week 28 and not 169k as mentioned by all, including myself:) Why am I saying this? When IQVIA reports sales numbers they don’t reflect 100% of actual sales. They still don’t capture most of the online sales. $NVO has indicated for analysts that those reported IQVIA numbers only capture 60-65% of actual TRx. In my model I use 65%. That means the true numbers are about 261,200 and not 169,781. Up from 227,000 in week 27 If capture rate is 60% that means the true TRx in week 28 was about 283,000. So actual sales numbers are MUCH larger than what one might expect from just looking at IQVIA data reported each Friday. $LLY has also guided their analysts for Foundayo capture rate. They say IQVIA data catch 90% of true sales numbers. That means Foundayo in last weeks reported number actual sold 29,700 and not 26,721. Looking a these numbers also means the difference between wegovy pill and Foundayo sales is much MUCH higher than what it looks like. Wegovy pill almost outsell Foundayo 10:1…… $VKTX
