She is basically trying to out all of her patients on an oral GLP-1 because it reduces inflammation. Says reception has been very strong. She claims that the tolerability is significantly improved compared to subQ. That doesn’t appear to be true based on the trials - but she says that it‘s different in the real world. Patients can just skip a dose when they‘re not feeling well and titrate slower. Thought that was interesting.
