$NVO $NOVO Barclays has lowered its price target on Novo Nordisk from 310 to 300 Danish kroner, but maintained its Equal Weight rating. Analyst James Gordon took a detailed look at the European pharmaceutical industry and the outlook through the end of 2026 and for 2027 on Monday. $NVO ceo says UBT251 (GLP1/GIP/Glucagon) and NN419 (GLP1/GIP/Amylin) hopefully will reach the market before the end of the decade. (See link below. That part of the interview is the last 3 minutes) No one can foresee future development results. And it’s still early stage (there multiple ongoing P2b trials for both of them) but I believe this is the first time he has specifically mentioned potential approval before 2030 for those two molecules. That means they are already deep in to designing potential P3 protocols for these molecules. They would need to go very fast from P2 to P3 during 2027. We should see 36w P2 obesity results with NN419 in Q1 and 28w obesity results with UBT251 early Q2. $KLRA actually started P3 on the basis of only Chinese trials run by their partner.
