Warum ist es eigentlich so still hier?

Most European brokers and bank don't permit their customers to participate in U.S. shareholder meetings. I'm not sure why as it disenfranchises their clients from participating fully with their investments. Many of the European investors I talk to are changing their brokers to ones that permit voting.
