Omega prices $700M notes offering

Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE:OHI) has priced public offering of $700M of 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031.
The 2031 Notes will have an issue price of 98.249%.
Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding borrowings and for general corporate purposes.
J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Credit Agricole and Wells Fargo are acting as active joint bookrunning managers.
The settlement is expected on October 9.
