Im Rahmen der Vereinbarung übernahm Illumina bestimmte Verbindlichkeiten und räumte PacBio eine nicht-exklusive Lizenz an bestimmten Schutzrechten ein. Die Transaktion wurde am 30. Januar 2026 abgeschlossen.
