Ja ich auch, der IPO war ewig geplant aber am Ende ging es viel zu schnell. Hätten es ruhig nach dem ER machen sollen damit mehr Daten auf dem Tisch liegen. So oder so gibt es ein buyout von Lucid wenn bestimmte Meilensteine erreicht werden. Denke EXAS wird es übernehmen, die müssen weg vom one tricky ponny. Die Frage ist zu welchem Preis, also im Nachhinein kann es sich als Vorteil erweisen, dass PAVM mehr hält als geplant

Ich bewerte es eher negativ, aber werde da noch mal bissel lesen.

Die Frage ist ob das eine gute Sache ist,war die Nachfrage beim IPO gering?!
