There is now evidence of both fundamental & technical support for $PYPL to break out to higher prices. Fundamental support: - New CEO. - New management team. - 18% authorised in buy backs. - Record FCF. - Stock is -80% from ATH. - 6 new app features to generate more business. - Guidance is very low forecasting for no growth. - PYUSD growth potential in the crypto space. - Stock is trading at 2017 levels despite a +100% rise in revenue & Net Income since then. - Increase in ownership for the first time in 2 years from hedge funds this past quarter. - Record transactions in the past 12 months. - EPS at a record high. - PE ratio 1 year forward is 11X. - PS ratio is 2.2X. - Stock is significantly undervalued compared to its historical averages when focusing on PE / PS ratios. - Stock is significantly undervalued compared to the S&P500 index average PE ratio. - DOJ law suit against $APPL which could favour $PYPL - $6.1 trillion still on the sidelines. - Interest rate cuts are coming. - Key evidence of market broadening out in recent weeks. Technical support: - Trading above the 200 day EMA. - Trading above the 50 dat EMA. - Bullish crossover now present on the chart. - Broken out of 3 year downtrend - First bullish crossover since 2020 which lead to a 250% gain in the stock. - 2 huge gaps to fill at $175 & $230 a share. - Monthly RSI at a low of 39. - Bullish divergence present on the weekly & monthly chart. - MACD has turned bullish on Daily, Weekly & Monthly charts. - Most days spent above the 200 day EMA since September 2021 when $PYPL was at $296 a share.
