Je mehr ich recherchiere, desto öfter komme ich auf PLS zurück! In Nemaska ist Softbank seit März 2018 richtig fett eingestiegen. Für Softbank immer noch wenig, aber jetzt hilft nur noch mehr Geld oder Aktionäre schröpfen, von den ganzen anderen Investmentbanken mit ihren Oversupply-Analysen mal ganz zu schweigen. Einfach Prognosezahlen von der Präsentation der jeweiligen Unternehmen zu übernehmen, ist in der hochkomplexen Lithiumproduktion mit allen Unwägbarkeiten nicht wirklich schlau ;) NMX ist bei Handelsstart in Canada teilweise um bis zu 50% eingebrochen. Das Unternehmen hatte in einer Telefonkonferenz mitgeteilt, dass kurzfristig bis zu 375 Mill. CAD für die Sicherung und Weiterführung der Projekte benötigt werden!

Hier wurde so oft geschrieben das der schlechte Kurs auch am Gesamtmarkt liegt. Wer das hier schrieb ist ja klar. Nur seid zwei Monaten steigen die Börsen weltweit wieder. Aber PLS profitiert in keinster Weise davon. Jetzt mal ein neues Argument warum nichts geht, bitte?

Bertran & Associates We have all seen the dramatic pictures of waterfalls in the Atacama, of washed out villages and of the torrential rains that have fallen on the desert. The question on many people's mind is this: what impact will the rains have on Lithium processors? Typically, solar evaporation ponds do just what their names imply: they are used to concentrate weak brine in order to increase the capacity of their associated processing plants. There is an important term that is not often discussed when talking about salar plants: Maximum Hydraulic Load (MHL). This is simply the largest amount of brine that can go through the plant in a safe and efficient manner. Lesser amounts do not use the plant efficiently, larger amounts disrupt residence time in the equipment, causing drops in efficiency, cause more maintenance outages and poses safety risks. Operators try to run plants at MHL. When the brine is at optimum concentration, the plant operates at name-plate capacity and processing occurs efficiently and safely. But when the pond feed to the plant is diluted by rain, processing is impacted. At MHL, the plant cannot run higher brine volumes, therefore it will only be able to extract the lithium contained in the feed, which being at lower concentrations will be less than name-plate capacity. Moreover, since plants are designed for typical brine concentrations, short-term operational changes will have to be made requiring more attention from operating personnel, perhaps even some changes to equipment to deal with the higher water-to-solids ratios. And changes to operating procedures are never a good thing for chemical plant operations. Cash costs will be impacted as well. How much will vary with companies, but the MHL will set utility, disposal and labor costs. Less lithium in the same volume of water will result in the product absorbing additional costs into less volume: higher per kg costs. Additional overtime, maintenance and process engineering costs will add to the overall costs as well. A good starting point for cost estimating would be the standard unit cost divided by the ratio of concentrations. From this point, whatever cost reduction actions companies take will result in the final cost. At the Income Statement level, there will be negative variances in volume, efficiency and spending
