To clarify the current funding status: We’ve secured $5 million from Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA) We’ve received $500,000 from Alberta Innovates We were awarded $150,000 from IRAP, which is now being substantially increased and is under active review We also have an indicative term sheet from BDC for $8.5 million as part of our debt financing stack These commitments form a strong base as we finalize the broader capital raise ahead of our Q1 2026 projected financing close.
