Das liest sich so erstmal nicht schlecht, ist mir aber zu allgemein gehalten. Wenn Plas verwässern muss um die Finanzierung abzuschließen sollen sie das tun, der folgenden Dip wird direkt zum nachkaufen genutzt. 😎 Es heißt weiter abwarten, bis Ende des Jahres wissen wir mehr.

Once PwC closes the capital raise, we move immediately to groundbreaking. Neos completion follows 10-12 months after construction starts. PwC Corporate Finance is leading the capital raise with an open mandate actively considering creative deal structures such as project financing, royalty participation, and potential JV partnerships alongside traditional equity. The goal is to secure the most efficient capital stack while protecting shareholder value. At this stage, we expect that approximately $5 million in new equity will still be required to meet working-capital needs and BDC's covenant requirements, regardless of how the larger financing package is structured. We'll continue to prioritize non-dilutive or minimally dilutive options first and will update shareholders once PwC finalizes investor expressions of interest.
