er kann aber jetzt schon bis zu 70+70 zu 0,10 CAD erwerben. Und das wird er auch tun müssen, sonst schließt die Bude schon in zwei Monaten. Oder anders ausgesprochen: Durch das PP halbiert sich der Wert der bestehenden Aktien. Die Altaktionäre werden kalt abserviert und diese klatschen dabei auch noch Beifall.

Seit wann sind denn 70 mio 2/3 von 176 mio? Mathe ist wohl nicht deine Stärke.

Wenn man es objektiv betrachtet, ist folgendes passiert: Er hat die Hälfte der Firma (Aktien + Optionen) für knapp 9 Millionen EUR erworben. Wenn die Firma nochmal Geld brauchen sollte (und das wird sie in einem halben Jahr), kann er nochmal eine Kapitalerhöhung durchführen und dürte dann 14 Mio für eine zwei drittel Mehrheit bezahlt haben. Er ist jederzeit in der Lage die Bude insolvent gehen und sich mit der Technik auszahlen zu lassen oder er betreibt einen Squeeze Out, d.h. die Restaktionäre werden nicht mehr viel kriegen, weil ohne den Typen die Bude ja insolvent ist.

Ich dachte immer in einem Börsenforum ginge es gesittet und Spießer mäßig zu. Mittlerweile weiß ich das überwiegend nur Spinner unterwegs sind.

Slyce investor Funtastic acquires 34.65 million units 2016-04-15 16:42 ET - News Release Mr. Jason Budovitcha of Funtastic reports PRESS RELEASE IN ACCORDANCE WITH NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 62-103 Pursuant to a private placement, Funtastic Holdings Ltd. has acquired ownership of 34.65 million units of Slyce Inc. at a price of 10 cents per unit, with each unit being composed of one common share in the capital of the corporation; one-half of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of 12 cents per share for a period of three years; and one-half of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of 20 cents per share for a period of four years. A total of 34.65 million were issued in three tranches on Feb. 22, 2016 (16 million units), Feb. 29, 2016 (17.75 million units), and March 24, 2016 (900,000 units). The common shares and warrants were issued by the corporation in reliance upon the accredited investor exemption contained in Section 2.3 of National Instrument 45-106 (prospectus and registration exemptions) and Alberta Instrument 72-501 (distribution of securities outside Alberta).
