Aber im CRL in 2021 hieß es ja eigentlich nur, dass die FDA die Produktion nicht anschauen konnte. Würde mich wundern, wenn es jetzt neue Probleme geben sollte... The CRL did not report any concerns relating to the potential safety or efficacy of PRX–102 in the submitted data package. In the CRL, the FDA noted that an inspection of Protalix's manufacturing facility in Carmiel, Israel, including the FDA's subsequent assessment of any related findings, is required before the FDA can approve the BLA. Due to travel restrictions, the FDA was unable to conduct the required inspection during the review cycle.

Wenn das wirklich zu Problemen führt wäre das übel denn die Datensätze der Anträge sind meines Wissens die selben wie für den Fda Antrag.

Chiesi ist der Partner von Protalix und hat bei der EMA den Antrag auf Zulassung in Europa eingereicht. Heute wurde bekannt, dass es morgen eine OE (Oral explanation) bei der EMA geben wird (mit Chiesi). Einige spekulieren wohl, dass da größere Probleme mit der Zulassung diskutiert werden könnten und es nicht zum Standardprozess gehört. Und entsprechend abgelehnt werden könnte. Anderseits sind die Themen/das Meeting wohl schon länger bekannt und der Director von Protalix hat ja auch erst vor 2 1/2 Wochen 110k Aktien gekauft. Bin gespannt.

Auf Seite 7 steht wohl der Grund für den heutigen Absturz.
