Ach Mensch ja, da bist du vermutlich leider der Einzige. Da hilft nur Kopf in den Sand stecken und sich das blos jeden Morgen wieder in Erinnerung zu rufen, damit der Tag keinen zu positiven Drall bekommt. Und auch wichtig, das Glas ist immer halb leer - wenn nicht sogar ganz! Alles andere wäre einfach toxisch optimistisch.
