Zertifikate unterliegen dem RS. Shorten mit Zertifikaten wird vermutlich dann schwieriger, weil der Wert des ADR höher ist. Dadurch kann aus meiner Sicht der Kurs nach oben gehen und entsprechend die Regulation greifen
