Die Bohrungen beim Soyuz Gold Projekt sind spätestens diese Woche abgeschlossen. Danach wird es nochmal etwas dauern bis die Details aus dem Labor eintreffen...wenn RNU hier eine zweite Einnahmequelle erschließen kann wäre das natürlich $$$ ;) bei uninteressanten Ergebnissen bleibt der Fokus auf Graphit. Diese Konstellation lässt für mich persönlich die Chancen gegenüber dem Risiko deutlich übersteigen.

Das Volumen ist mit 23mio gehandelten Aktien immer noch ausreichend groß um den Kurs 10%-20% am Tag steigen zu lassen. Barchart sieht den ersten Wiederstand bei 0.037c$ und nach oben bei 0.044c$

outh Australian Government grants reduced royalty rate for the Siviour Project Confirmation of “New Mine” status by the South Australian Government enables Renascor to lock in a reduced Royalty Rate for the Siviour Project Renascor Resources Limited (ASX: RNU) (Renascor) is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation from the South Australian Government Treasury that the Siviour Graphite Project has been classified as a ‘New Mine’ for the purposes of State royalty calculations 1 . The successful attainment of New Mine status means that the Project will incur a reduced royalty rate of 2% of the net value of the minerals recovered from the Siviour Mine through 30 June 2026, representing a reduction from 3.5% over the initial years of production2 . Renascor’s 100% owned Siviour Project is on track to become Australia’s first vertically integrated Purified Spherical Graphite production facility3 . With the largest reported Graphite Ore Reserve outside of Africa4 , Renascor is well positioned to become a secure, low-cost supplier of materials critical to the production of electric vehicle batteries and off- grid power storage. Am 01.02. hat Renascor den Beginn der Bohrung beim Soyuz Gold Projekt verkündet. Die Bohrungen sollen ca. zwei Wochen andauern. D.h. in den nächsten 1-2 Wochen sollten erste News folgen.

Highlights • In January 2021, Renascor signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with anode company Jiangxi Zhengtuo New Energy Technology Co. Ltd. (Zeto) for the purchase of up to 10,000tpa of Purified Spherical Graphite (PSG) over a ten year term. • Renascor is pleased to report that it has now achieved first stage product qualification of Siviour PSG with Zeto, with the results enabling the two parties to progress engagement towards binding PSG offtake. • A total of 20,000tpa of Siviour PSG has now achieved first stage qualification with two world-class offtakers, following initial qualification by Minguang New Material in January 20211. • Zeto is a top ten anode producer globally, with current anode production capacity of 30,000tpa and an additional 20,000tpa under construction and planned to be in operation by 2022. Zeto is major supplier of natural flake graphite anodes and is active in developing anode technologies, including silicon-carbon anode material. • Zeto supplies anodes to some of the world’s largest battery makers, such as Hong Kong listed BYD Co. Ltd, the world’s second largest manufacturer and retailer of electric vehicles, with a current market capitalisation of around US$100 billion. • Renascor is extremely pleased with its progress in relation to Stage 1 PSG offtake and is concurrently discussing additional potential PSG offtake agreements and undertaking PSG qualification and validation with other anode and battery companies, with a view to securing binding commitments for its planned 28,000tpa Stage 1 PSG operation.
