Wenn wir Anteile zu günstig hergeben erhöhen wir weiter unnötig unsere Aktienanzahl (die jetzt schon bei knapp 2mrd liegt)

Morgen macht die Börse wieder auf. Bin gespannt ob der Kurs weiter klettert. Für uns wäre es gut, denn DC hatte verkündet, dass sich eine mögliche Beteiligung von POSCO am Kurs der letzten Handelstage orientiert.

Anbei auch gleich mal eine Annahme aus dem HC Chat bezüglich der möglichen Kursentwicklung: Get Ready for that NPV10, IRR & Payback Period for an uplift with the revised DFS due this quarter. Uplifts in the revised DFS: - Total Material Throughput of 1.65Mt per annum as per PEPR Application - PSG Recoveries increased by 20% from 50 to 60% - Resulting in total PSG potential of 85-90Ktpa, currently at 28ktpa - Low Interest finance for majority of CAPEX with in principle loans from Federal Government (Clean Energy Finance Corp + Export Finance Australia) - Major Project Status and Australian Critical Mineral List (One of only 15 Projects in Australia with this recognition) - South Australian Government Royalty Concession for up to 5 years of operation - Benchmark Minerals PSG Price Forecast slight increase from 2019/2020 Studies IMO Get ready for a DFS NPV10 Post Tax of about AUD$1.8-2.1 Billion  Following PEPR Approval, Revised DFS & Locking in 1-2 Binding Offtake Agreements, our Market Cap given we would be fully permitted at that stage should be about 60% of Proven NPV i.e. I am expecting that by Start of April our Market Cap to be in the range of AUD$1-1.2 Billion. If we assume at this stage we will have in the range of ~2 Billion SOI, a $RNU SharePrice in the range of 50-60c would be considered fair value at this stage of the project. Lets await the DFS revision to be released and the Final Green Tick from the Government for the PEPR (Mine) and the project is essentially a Low Risk, High Margin Investment that Mining in Australia offers as opposed to Moderate to high risk in Africa for other graphite Plays
