Ok, Danke! Aber das hat wohl keinen Einfluss .... Instant Payment ist bei vielen ja seit Jahren bereits implementiert und sohin de facto Standard. Die ISO20022 ist ja erst frisch am Start mit den Erweiterungen

Bei allen Respekt Stockum aber der CEO wird so ein Urteil (Strafgeldzahlung) nicht annehmen bzw. dagegen Berufung einlegen. Nicht, weil das Unternehmen das Geld nicht hat sondern weil er und das Führungsteam absolute KLARHEIT möchte. Deshalb werden wir im Sommer/Herbst 2025 endlich Gewissheit haben.
Garlinghouse hat selbst gesagt, dass er von einer Strafe ausgeht und wollte sie ja schon längst bezahlen. Es geht um den Zeitraum wo XRP wie eine Security verkauft wurde

Jetzt muss ich mal fragen warum alle immer auf 2025 hinweisen sry für die Frage aber bin sonst nicht so im krypto Bereich involviert.
