Das hat für mich einen Faden Beigeschmack, vor allem da es sich um einen kanadisch gelisteten Aktienwert handelt, der unter ganz anderen Voraussetzungen kontrolliert wird.

Nachdem die Shares ausgegeben wurden, ist der Kurs urplötzlich steil nach oben auf über 5$ geschossen.

Man hat sich Shares zwischen 0,45-0,90$ gesichert und dazu Optionen bis 2025 für ca. 0,60$.

On July 24, 2020, the Company granted 250,000 stock options to a consultant of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.60. The grant date fair value of the options recognized as share-based compensation for the period was $127,499, based on the Black-Scholes Option Pricing Model, with the following assumptions: risk free rate 0.24%; volatility of 128%; dividend rate 0%; forfeiture rate 0%; and expected life of 5 years.

Die haben gerade Mal 1/10 des benötigten Kapitals per KE rein geholt. Hier ist noch einiges an Kapital nötig und vor allem steht eine enorme Verwässerung an. Abwarten ob sie das gestemmt bekommen.

Meiner Meinung ist der Wert viel zu teuer und kann mal ganz flott rasend abstürzen. Das sollte man berücksichtigt oder gar ausblenden. Schließlich spekulieren wir ja 🍀

Hier dreht sich die Werbetrommel ja schwindelig... Naja... Aber man ist auf das Geld der Investoren angewiesen, also wird die Werbetrommel bis zur Glut gedreht und gedreht und viele viele Versprechungen gemacht. Wenn man überlegt das die Insider schon locker 300% in der Tasche haben, haben diese ein leichtes Spiel. Für alle die jetzt bei dem hohen Kurs einsteigen ist das Risiko allerdings enorm. Auf der Watch steht der Wert bei mir, aber hier heißt es Risikomanagement und das bedeutet abwarten was die Finanzierung bringt. Dazu kommt der Ukraine-Konflikt und Zinserhöhung.

Zieht sich leider wie Kaugummi, da sind andere weit voraus (unabhängig von EU usw.)

Einschätzung von der Aktionär: Alles oder nichts Rock Tech Lithium tastet sich Schritt für Schritt voran, um mit der geplanten Lithium-Raffinerie den großen Wurf mit der E-Mobilität zu landen. Der nächste entscheidende Meilenstein wird gesetzt, wenn die Finanzierung für die geplante Raffinerie steht. In diesem Fall könnte bei der Aktie eine Neubewertung anstehen. Scheitern die Finanzierungsbemühungen, ist die Story vorerst vorbei. Bei dem Hot Stock gilt alles oder nichts, die Positionsgröße sollte dem angemessen sein.
