Heute hat Vow ASA über seine Tochtergesellschaft Scanship AS Verträge mit Fincantieri über die Lieferung seiner hochmodernen Cleantech-Systeme für die Abfallwirtschaft, die Verarbeitung von Lebensmittelabfällen und die fortschrittliche Abwasserreinigung auf vier Schiffen für die neuen Luxusklassenschiffe von MSC Cruises erhalten. Der Vertrag beinhaltet Optionen für zwei zusätzliche Schiffe. Der Vertrag für die Abfallentsorgung und die Lebensmittelabfallsysteme für dieselben vier plus zwei Schiffe wurde am 3. August bekannt gegeben. „Wir freuen uns, unsere Zusammenarbeit mit Fincantieri und MSC fortzusetzen. Gemeinsam werden wir sicherstellen, dass diese Neubauten laut IMO Marpol und für spezielle und umweltsensible Gebiete wie die Ostsee und Alaska State Waters den höchsten Umweltstandards entsprechen. Die Verträge vermitteln die starke Botschaft, dass sich die Branche weiterhin auf die Gesundheit unserer Ozeane konzentriert und sich für ein langfristig nachhaltiges Wachstum einsetzt “, sagt CEO Henrik Badin. „Seit Mai haben wir sieben Neubauaufträge im Gesamtwert von 24,2 Millionen Euro mit weiteren fünf optionalen Schiffen im Gesamtwert von 9,2 Millionen Euro erhalten“, sagt CEO Henrik Badin. Vow ASA wird am 26. August seinen ersten Halbjahresbericht vorlegen, einschließlich einer Aktualisierung des gesamten Auftragsbestands.

Vow ASA : ETIA - Vendor Notes converted to Shares Reference is made to the notice to the stock exchange dated 15.10.19 regarding the closing of acquisition of ETIA Ecotechnologies ("ETIA"). As part of the settlement of the purchase price, Vow issued convertible loans for EUR 4 179 000, in respect of a 9 months' seller credit. The conversion price was in Vendor Notes set to NOK 19.33 per Vow-share. The holders of the Vendor Notes have elected to receive Vow-shares, and the Board has resolved to issue 2 336 303 new shares. The share contribution in the capital increase is settled by converting the Vendor notes claims, a total of NOK 45 160 737 (exchanged from EUR to NOK). The total share capital increase in Vow is NOK 233,630.30 and the share capital of Vow will be NOK 10 889 986.90, divided into 108 899 869 shares when the capital increase has been registered in Companies' register.

Hallo, bin gerade auf diese Aktie aufmerksam geworden. Wie sehr ihr den aktuellen Einstieg ? Gut oder eher abzuwarten ( geht auch günstiger ) ?
