Das sind die Ergebnisse dieser 7 Patienten in Kohorte 2. Auch wenn dieses Abstract aus April sein sollte......ausser von Patient 7 ( ohne Implantat ) sind alle Informationen bekannt.Und die können NICHT mehr besser werden

Kann es sein dass das Abstrakt das eingereicht wurde von April ist? Wenn dem so ist , sind die enthaltenen Ergebnisse eher älter und es kommt drauf an was sich seitdem getan hat. Wenn die Ergebnisse schlecht wären, dann stellt sich die Frage weshalb SVA dann bei 2 Events präsentieren sollte . Macht keinen Sinn insbesondere mit einem Insider der nennenswert Anteile am Markt kauft, der hat so viele Anteile, dass es das nur zu Gold macht wenn sie SVA verkaufen. Fazit: Kurs mies, aber von einem Ende von SVA zu sprechen ist ohne Substanz

They recruited the 7th in June, so this one has no results. That leaves 6 patients. Patient 1 had neutropenia due to immunosuppressants and treatment was stopped ( Immunosuppressants were dropped to let the patient heal ). This leaves 5 patients. Patient 2 in cohort 2 were administered cells, with the second dose,infected with candida albicans. The infected Pouches were removed and the patient received an additional interportal portion of cells. So that leaves 4 patients. Since the first patient had probably received too high a dose of immunosuppressants, the dose of these drugs were reduced. This had the effect that in the remaining 4 patients, the dose was too low and complete islet graft failure was observed, indicating cellular rejection. This leaves 0 patients to provide additional information on.

Eventuell wird es auch so ausgelegt, dass es (steht ja auch im Artikel) zwar für Typ1- Diabetes nicht gereicht hat ABER ,und so verstehe ich es, alle Kammern des cell pouch - nach einem Jahr noch funktionale Inselzellen vorweisen.
