Es gibt meines Wissen einen Unterschied zwischen material news und material insider information…schaut mal auf Investopedia…wenn die FDA also das Unternehmen informiert, wäre das eine Insiderinfo und muss somit via adhoc Mitteilung raus

Würde eher sagen. Börsennotiertes Unternehmen Wenn FDA was sagt gibt/muss es eine Adhoc Mitteilung geben. Ob positiv oder negativ. Von daher muss die dann gleich raus!

He received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University. He is a member of the Georgia State Bar.

Besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die FDA bis zum 18.08 einfach keine Entscheidung (weder positiv noch negativ) trifft? Also sich einfach stillschweigend eine Verlängerung nimmt?

Erst die USA, dann die EU in 2022 und ggf in 2023 China. Das wäre ein ungefährer Zeitplan, wenn alles nach Plan läuft. Hoffe wir enden nicht wie bei Axsome Therapeutics ;-) Risiko besteht bei einer FDA-PDUFA immer

Diese Volalität ist schon sehr beeindruckend. Jeder Anstieg wird gefolgt von einem Down. In Summe kaum Bewegung seit Wochen. Bin sehr gespannt, ob es mit approval besser wird. Wahrscheinlich nicht, wenn noch so viele Aktien ausgegeben werden können.
