Deine KI verwechselt das mit den westlichen Prinzipien(Tender Offer, anstatt SASAC). Hier war eine Art Auktion. Entweder gab es mehrere Interessenten und der Preis ging nach oben, oder es blieb beim Mindestpreis. Verhandelt wird jetzt meines Wissens nicht mehr über den Preis, der steht durch das Bieterverfahren fest. Der Gewinner muss nun wahrscheinlich die finale Due Diligence, Vertragsunterzeichnung, regulatorische Freigaben einholen. Aber ja, da sind Daumen zu drücken✊🏻
