Question: What’s on the horizon for Sky and SpaceGlobal in the near future? Meir Moalem: I’d divide our plans into three differentchannels. The first is the technology channel; developing thesatellites. We’re almost at the Critical Design Review(CDR), which is the step before actual production. Oncewe’ve passed that, we’ll have a high level of confidencethat our plan will work. We expect this in the very nearfuture. The other channel is the commercial channel. We’retalking to additional customers and trying to developnew agreements and finding out what customers arewilling to pay. Moving out of our comfort zone in Africa,where we already have a lot of agreements set in place,we’ve moving on to the Americas and Southeast Asia. The last channel is the funding. We’re talking toinvestors and strategic partners, and we strongly believethat we can acquire the US$100 million that will secureour constellation. This is not required all at once, and alot of options are on the table, so I am confident we willfind the best one for the company.

Danach sollten die bindenden Verträge folgen.

Binding MoU Agreement signed with Caribbean Internet Service Provider Highlights • Binding Memorandum of Understanding agreement signed with Foundation Busie Suriname, an Internet Service Provider in Suriname, South America • This agreement is the first of its kind within the wider Caribbean region and marks the commencement of discussions for the provision of SAS’ network services to the region • Provides further validation of SAS’ nano-satellite technological capabilities and the market’s trust in global satellite providers Sky and Space Global Ltd (ASX:SAS, “Sky and Space Global” or ‘the Company”) is pleased to announce it has signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreement with Surinamese Internet Service Provider - Foundation Busie Suriname (FBS). FBS connectivity service solutions to individuals and businesses in rural Suriname, South America after the Telecomms Authority Suriname granted its Internet Service Provider (ISP) licence in 2016. Due to the geographic location and number of inhabitants outside of large cities, internet and online connectivity services are unreliable and expensive in Suriname. An agreement between SAS and FBS would enable the provision of affordable internet and online connectivity services to a currently underserviced region. The binding MoU formalises the commercial and technical cooperation between SAS and FBS and the start of discussions regarding the provision of SAS’ affordable and reliable connectivity services to the country. The binding MoU includes a commitment by FBS to utilise a minimum number of devices and services. The MoU also includes the option to scale up the number of devices and services to meet FBS’ requirements. The first of its kind in the region between a global satellite provider and a connectivity provider, the binding MoU provides further validation SAS’ nano-satellite narrowband connectivity platform and signifies market trust in the Company and its technological capabilitie

Jep, dürfte passen. Im nächsten Bericht müssten doch Einnahmen auftauchen. Wie lang kann man das noch hinauszögern? Kann mir das nur mit einem langen Zahlungsziel erklären. Warum wird der Grund nicht veröffentlicht? Vielleicht weil man sich in Verhandlungen mit potenziellen neuen Kunden nicht schwächen möchte. Im Sep fliegt das SAS Management nach Nigeria. Ich hoffe das in diesem Rahmen auch ein weiterer Partner aus Afrika vorgestellt wird. Der Kontakt zu möglichen Partnern wurde bereits letztes Jahr intensiviert. Und mit Beeptool haben sie einen guten Partner, der über ein breites Netzwerk verfügt. John hat immer wieder betont, dass er SAS mit seinen Kontakten helfen möchte.
