Ist recht einfach: Betrug am Anleger.

Und jetzt verstehe ich nicht, wieso da ständig neue Aktien ausgegeben werden....??? Ohne Hauptversammlung oder Aktionärsversammlung

Ein Unternehmen kann nicht unendlich viele Aktien herausgeben. Die Aktionäre bestimmen darüber, wieviele Aktien herausgegeben werden, nicht das Unternehmen oder die Unternehmensführung. Immer wenn neue Aktien herausgegeben werden, dann verringert sich ja der Anteil der aktuellen Aktionäre und daher muss die Ausgabe neuer Aktien in der jährlichen Hauptversammlung genehmigt werden, auf der die Aktionäre anwesend sind und über wichtige Dinge entscheiden. Dort müsste dann die Unternehemnsführung bekanntgeben, dass sie soundsoviele Aktien herausgeben um neues Kapital für das Unternehmen zu bekommen. Das kann dann von den Aktionären genehmigt werden doer auch nicht. Den ganzen Vorgang nennt man "Kapitalerhöhung", da dem Unternehmen neues Kapital zugeführt wird. Die Unternehmensführung hat davon keine Vorteile.

Von 0,0000001 mit einem RS gerettet und jetzt bald wieder unter 1€. Die Verluste hier sind nicht mehr gut zu machen. Schön verarscht worden.

Immer nur rot hier. Das ist doch nicht normal.

Das wäre beim aktuellen "umrechnungsfaktor" noch ca. 467 Tausend Aktien

Bei der aktuellen Tranche sind noch 680 notes offen

Da wird ja gesagt, dass es keine neue Tranche gibt. Die aktuelle Tranche kann dann ja noch zuende bedient werden.

Das wäre auch bei jeder anderen Aktie auf der Welt möglich 🧐🎩

Ein ungeahnter Anstieg heute nach Eröffnung ist nicht auszuschließen

Steht übrigens auch schon im Halbjahresbericht, welchen man auch unter "Press Releases" findet (vom 7.September 22): "With a strong cash position of more than €15 million as of June 30, 2022, the Group has decided to suspend the issuance of new tranches of convertible bonds until the end of 2022. The Group's financial structure remains sound with a net cash position of €10.9 million and shareholders' equity of €21.5 million as of June 30, 2022. The company is studying financing solutions that are more favorable to its development, its shareholders, and the support of its future projects.

Das steht auf der Spineway-Homepage unter "Press Releases" in einer PDF-Datei vom 21.9.22 mit der Überschrift "Effective date of the Spineway reverse stock split". Der entscheidende Absatz (vor allem der letzte Satz): Pursuant to the publication on September 12, 2022 of a Euronext notice announcing the increase in the number of Spineway shares via the admission of 6 billion shares on September 14, 2022, Spineway wishes to clarify to its shareholders that these 6 billion shares correspond to conversions of Negma bonds carried out over the summer, on August 5 and 19, and which related to tranches of convertible bonds previously exercised. The latter were taken into consideration by the Company's account keeper in August and largely resold by Negma before the reverse stock split. These 6 billion shares therefore have no connection with the consolidation transaction and had been admitted to trading well before September 14, 2022. During the consolidation period, i.e. between August 16 and September 14, no new tranche of convertible bonds was issued nor shares converted. Moreover, in accordance with the announcement made when its half-yearly results were published, Spineway would like to reiterate that it has decided to suspend the issuance of new tranches of Convertible Bonds until the end of 2022 .
