Da wäre ich mir nicht so sicher, denn falls der WHOA Restructuring Plan nicht kommt, kommt der WHOA Liquidation Plan. Sprich, die Insolvenz. Und damit wären alle Aktien über Nacht wertlos. Profis wissen Bescheid.
