Wirtschaftsprüfer BDO wurde engagiert. Die Nasdaq gibt sich damit aber nicht zufrieden. Nach den neue PCABO Standards werden die Wirtschaftsprüfer aber nun viel stärker in die Verantwortung und Haftung für ihr Audit genommen. Ich kann mit daher nicht vorstellen, dass BDO, als nun bereits dritter Wirtschaftsprüfer nach Deloitte und EY, hier einfach so durchwinkt. BDO ist bereits das absolute Schlusslicht im letzten PCABO Ranking mit einem erschreckenden Inspektionsbericht.
