Ja ist es, zu dem wollen sie damit andere vorherige schulden begleichen, nehme an evtl. Zu günstigere Zinskonditionen, hier der Text zu diesem Teil:
The Company is in discussions with one or more financial institutions regarding a potential senior revolving credit facility (the “Revolving Credit Facility”) and expects to use the proceeds from the Revolving Credit Facility to repay and retire each of the Term Loan Facility and the ABL Agreement in full.
