6Mio. neue shares outstanding. Warum muss SMCI eigentlich soviele Aktien ausgeben? Bei einem angeblich derart gut laufenden Geschäft und Anstieg des Nettogewinns, sollte man sich doch auch so sehr gut daraus finanzieren können? Passt irgendwie alles nicht zusammen, -2,4 Milliarden USD operative Cashflow aber 5,3 Milliarden USD Umsatz. Ist das überhaupt generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) oder kreative Buchführung wo faule Äpfel (Subscriptions) mit geernteten Birnen (abgeschlossener erbrachter Vertrag) verrechnet werden?

Supermicro and its sister company, Ablecom, were both family affairs: when Super Micro Computer Inc was established in San Jose, Charles Liang was president and chief executive officer of the company and his wife, Chiu-Chu Liu, who goes by Sara, was the treasurer.
