Was ich nicht verstehe und sorry sollte das hier schon besprochen sein, auf der T2 Homepage steht klar T2Bacteria and T2Candida are the first and only FDA-cleared diagnostic tests to provide species identification of sepsis-causing bacterial and fungal pathogens, directly from a whole blood sample, independent of a positive blood culture. Und diese Freigaben sind ja anscheinend schon länger vorhanden, man kann diese Panels ja auch bestellen/kaufen Plus die neue Freigabe für das T2Biothreat Panel von letzter Woche Also ist sowohl das Candida Panel als auch das Bacteria Panel schon länger freigegeben Oder auf welches Panel wird dann hier gewartet? Also können Aufträge jederzeit kommen bzw hätten schon die ganze Zeit kommen können? Dann die Frage warum ist bisher nichts großes passiert? Oder übersehe ich da etwas?
