Sehr viele gute Infos, danke dir 👍 ich denke schon, das da ein uplusting die rolle spielt. Die Frage ist nur wann. Wollten sie jetzt an die NASDAQ, bräuchten sie einen erheblichen RS, für die TSX erfüllen die Bedingungen schon fast. Aber uplusting wäre bei der Marktkapitalisierung schon gut. Spannend, die nächste Zeit. Wegen der Masken, das ist pro bono, also irgendwas unterstützen sie kostenlos. Und das ist wahrscheinlich die Expertise des CRO guy. Also die die Zulassung und den Papierkram unterstützen. Die werden sicher keine Masken nähen. Und ich vermute, sie beabsichtigen damit ein quit pro quo...oder so, also eine hand wäscht die andere. Evtl. Funding durch die Regierung für ppp003, das wäre cool.

Du, Diane ist lange dabei. Wie gesagt wäre mir neu, wenn sie direkt zu Tetra gehört. Ihre Vermutungen sind genauso mit positiver Skepsis zu betrachten wie viele andere auch. Wäre nicht verwunderlich, wenn man sich die Option offen hält. Anders als oben von rocky bisschen mehr einfach dargestellt, geht's hier darum dich die Erlaubnis von 2/3 der Aktionäre einzuholen so einen move in Laufe eines ganzen Jahres zu tätigen (so mein Verständnis). Ich persönlich sehe das derzeit nicht als sinnvoll an, auch vor dem Hintergrund der jetzigen Kapitalbeschaffung. Dazu kommt, dass der Kurs meiner Meinung nach eh in andere Sphären vordringt, sobald die Studien und Medikamente vernünftig voranschreiten

Never a dull moment ! It would seem that some have read through the Management circular that was filed to Sedar on 12/05/2020. This point is standing out for some: “5. to consider and, if deemed advisable, to pass with or without modification a special resolution authorizing an amendment of the articles of the Corporation to effect a consolidation of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares"), on the basis of a consolidation ratio to be selected by the Board within a range between fifteen (15) pre- consolidation Common Shares for one (1) post-consolidation Common Share and twenty (20) pre-consolidation Common Shares for one (1) post-consolidation Common Share, as more particularly described in the Circular; and”. Personally, I believe that Tetras original plans were to uplist to the NASDAQ. This was made obvious from the MD&A from 28/04/2020 (activities up to and including 29/02/2020): “The vesting terms for these 200,000 options are as follow: 50,000 options on February 18, 2020, 50,000 options on May 18, 2020, and 100,000 options upon a successful listing of Tetra’s common shares on the NASDAQ exchange.” (LLC Alpha Bronze) ... and then COVID happened. I specifically asked Dr Chamberland about uplisting to the NASDAQ during the Q&A and he had indicated that this was placed on hold for now due to the economic environment. There is a SP requirement to uplist to the the NASDAQ which is why a RS would be necessary to graduate to that exchange at this time. Per the TSX requirements, there isn’t a SP requirement to uplist here and Tetra appears to meet all requirements (link: https://www.tsx.com/resource/en/125). There’s a rumour swirling around Twitter that I shared yesterday hinting at the TSX. Either way, will look forward to hearing more at the AGM. Wenn sie Zuspruch dafür wollen, muss bis dahin eine erkennbare Strategie für diese jahr sein. Ansonsten ergibt das alles keinen Sinn. Du kannst ja mal in deiner Gruppe nach Gerüchten Ausschau halten
