Geht hier was?

Ich bin da investiert, weil ich die Kursbewegung unbegründet empfand. Allerdings erstmal mit einer kleine Tranche, weil ich potenziell langfristig als gute einstieg chance sehe. Allerdings bin ich dennoch bereit weiter zu kaufen, weil das Unternehmen solide und gesund aussieht und verdammt starke Margen aufweist.

Real-estate giant Blackstone is liquidating a major investment gone wrong: a $1.8 billion wager on senior housing that has saddled the firm with more than $600 million in losses. The firm looks to buy undervalued properties it can improve, then aims to sell them years later at a significant profit—known in the office corridors of Blackstone as the “buy it, fix it, sell it” approach. Senior housing, however, proved to be a considerably more complex turnaround project. The business is much more operationally intensive than most other forms of commercial real estate, requiring large staff payrolls, food-service operations and attention to residents’ health needs.
