BBBY subpoenaed JP Morgan Securities on Dec 29, 2025 for docs & a deposition related to specific 2022 defendant transactions (Feb 28, Mar 1, Aug 16, Aug 17). JPM can't fully comply by Jan 21 but says they can produce docs by Feb 6 and do the depo by Feb 20 if needed.
