baha breaking news[22.01.2026] 20:00 Abbott Labs dips 9% as Q4 revenue misses forecasts Shares of Abbott Laboratories tumbled more than 9% during the trading session on Thursday after the company released disappointing fourth-quarter financial results. The healthcare company's revenue reached $11.55 billion, rising 4.4% compared to the same quarter in 2024, but falling short of analysts' forecast of $11.8 billion. Its diluted earnings per share in the reported period stood at $1.01, dropping sharply from $5.27 in the same timeframe last year. The company also reaffirmed its plan to complete the acquisition of Exact Sciences in the second quarter of 2026. Abbott's stock slipped 9.45% at 1:43 pm ET to sell for $109.3200 apiece.
