The Company’s ability to continue its operations in the near term and execute its business plan in respect of the Daly Facility in particular is dependent on raising equity through share issuances, suitable debt financing and/or other financing arrangements or strategic alternatives. Management is actively managing its cash needs during this time and actively seeking sources of financing or other potential alternatives. While the Company has been successful in the raising equity in the past, there can be no guarantee that it will be able to raise sufficient funds to fund its activities and general and administrative costs in the future. Many factors influence the Company’s ability to raise funds, including the health of the capital market, the climate for cannabis investment and the Company’s track record. In that regard, due to delays in construction at its Daly facility, the falling price of flower in the California wholesale market and capital and human resource shortages the Company has not yet met its target to be cash flow positive.

Genau Sepp eine Ernte ist beim letzten Video Dreh draufgegangen die andere war für die Mitarbeiter bestimmt.

Es gab Bilder in Insta bezüglich der Ernte in den Trockenräumen

Im Dezember sollte 2mal geerntet werden, leider gab es dazu keine Infos, Mitte Dezember hätte eine Ernte sein müssen, die wäre jetzt fermentiert und getrocknet und könnte bereits in den Shops liegen. Leider ist das Management nicht in der Lage klar zu kommunizieren. Wenn nicht bald mal Geld verdient wird ist die Firma pleite oder braucht wieder Kapital, dann stehen wir bei 0,20. Wenn im Mai keine positiven Geschäftszahlen kommen, dann wird das hier nichts mehr.
