Each of the Credit Agreement Amendments affected the terms of our Credit Agreement as set forth in more detail in our 2022 10-K or, in case of the Sixth Amendment, and the Forbearance Agreement as otherwise disclosed. Komischerweise fängt tup und auch Nikola die fast das gleiche an der Backe haben wieder zu erwachen was mich freut da ich auch in Nikola investiert bin, bei beiden mit einem blauen Auge oder sogar mit Gewinn rauszukommen wäre ein Traum.

Ne, ich auch nicht. In aller Regel müssen für eine erfolgreiche Sanierung aber alle bluten. Die Belegschaft (Abbau), die Gläubigerbanken (Teilverzicht) u leider auch die Aktionäre (KE ?). Warten wir es ab.

Wenn die beabsichtigen würden hinzuschmeißen, hätten sie jetzt nicht so ein Rad gedreht. Dann hätte ihnen ein Delisting auch egal sein können. Ich deute das mal als positives Zeichen
