wichtig finde ich das wort unverbindlich: "Die unverbindliche Absichtserklärung schafft einen Kooperationsrahmen für die technische Zusammenarbeit"

hersteller von billigen kamikazedrohnen, die in schwärmen die flugabwehr des gegeners überwinden sollen....wäre die klartextformulierung für dieses junge start up unternehmen, welches nicht an der börse ist.

Eine Übernahme wäre eine win win Situation und in den nächsten 2 bis 3 Jahren durchaus denkbar
