In addition to the Placement, the Company will offer eligible existing shareholders the opportunity to
participate in a non-underwritten SPP targeting to raise up to a further €12.2m (A$20m) at the same Offer
Price as the Placement of A$5.85 per share.
The SPP will provide eligible shareholders, being shareholders who had a registered address in Australia or
New Zealand on Vulcan’s register at 7.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 10 December 2024, the opportunity to
increase their holding by the maximum allowed value of A$30,000, without incurring any brokerage,
commission or transaction costs. Vulcan retains discretion over the allocation of shares per investor. Any
proceeds raised under the SPP will provide the Company with additional working capital to support the
advancement of the Project and associated funding initiatives.
An SPP Booklet containing further information in relation to the SPP, including the terms and conditions, is
expected to be released on ASX and dispatched to eligible existing shareholders on or around Friday, 20
December 2024.

Ist das aber nicht eine Ungleichbehandlung der Aktionäre? Manche können vergünstigt Aktien kaufen und die anderen bekommen weder Bezugsrechte noch die Chance auf die günstigen Aktien

Wenn sie eh nur Australier bekommen, spare mir den Aufwand

War nicht irgendwo zu lesen, dass das Angebot nur für Australier gilt?
Das würde das "ohne Garantie" in der Nachricht erklären

Das steht auch in dem Schreiben. Es gibt keine Zusicherung, dass Orders von außerhalb Australien/Neuseeland überhaupt berücksichtigt werden.

Mal abwarten, ob dad überhaupt funktioniert. Am Ende geht's wirklich nur wenn man in Australien oder Neuseeland lebt.

Bei mir steht, dass nur Pakete mit bestimmten Gegenwerten gezeichnet werden können 2,5k ASD, 5k, 7,5k, 10k, 15k, 20k, 30k. Aber kein Wort von einer Mindestsumme

Da steht unten auf der ersten Seite eine Anleitung. Etwas umständlich, da über den chatbot Weisung erteilt werden muss. Man kann übrigens auch mehrere Pakete zu 50.000 ordern. Muss man eben mehrere Weisungen erteilen. Steht auch in dem Schreiben.
