Meines Wissens nach haben die Anwälte von Morganti gerichtlich durchgesetzt, dass die Schutzmaßnahme (creditor protection) von Wayland "nachrangig" behandelt wird. Wayland hat NICHT konkurs angemeldet, sondern sucht nach Käufern etc. Das ist ein Hoffnungsschimmer. (Ich hoffe, dass ich alles richtig verstanden habe! Hier der entsprechende Auszug: "On behalf of investors, Morganti & Co., P.C. has also filed an appearance in the CCAA Proceeding. During the CCAA Proceeding, it was disclosed that Wayland’s directors and officers insurance policy has a total of $22.5 million. Hallo Zusammen, kann man aus den Dokumenten die KevinSorbo verlinkt hat Rückschlüsse ziehen, die für uns deutsche ICC - Aktionäre von Interesse sind? Positiv, negativ, hoffnungsvoll, was bedeutet das Ganze für uns, ich verstehe bis jetzt leider nichts davon, bzw. kann mir keine Rückschlüsse daraus ziehen.
