Western Alliance (NYSE:WAL) reported quarterly earnings of $2.30 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.04 by 12.75 percent. This is a 3.6 percent increase over earnings of $2.22 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $551.90 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $666.44 million by 17.19 percent.
