Solange sie das nicht beim zuständigen Gericht eingereicht haben ist alles spekulativ allerdings wäre dann auch schon längst was gegenteiliges von der Firma gekommen oder?

Starug hat zum Ziel die altaktionäre zu enteignen. Chapter 11 hat zum Ziel die Firma zu reorganisieren was oft für die Aktionäre schlecht ausgeht aber nicht immer. Hertz und UA als Beispiel.

Läuft Chapter 11 echt wie Starug bei uns ab? Also bekommt man dann quasi echt goar nix mehr? Wie lange dauern so Verfahren bis es delistet wird? Ich hab eig auch vor erstmal noch zu bleiben. 70% Verlust sinds eh schon....

Vielleicht liegt es am Volumen, aber normal ist das nicht, habe noch selten direkthandelsaussetzer bei der ing gehabt

Es wird an allen Börsen in Deutschland vorbörslich gehandelt oder sehe ich das falsch also nennt mir bitte einen Broker der keinen Handel mehr zulässt
