Ich denke, alles hängt mit allem zusammen. Wonderfi zu verschleudern macht nur Sinn wenn Charly, Dean & Co einen Mehrwert genießen. Vermutlich geht mehr unter der Hand als öffentlich. Entweder durch sehr gut bezahlte Jobs oder in Form von "Sonderzahlungen".
Deshalb wurde der Kurs trotz der guten Zahlen möglichst "klein" gehalten um die Übernahme so günstig wie möglich zu gestalten.
Wir werden es nie erfahren. Es sei denn keiner gibt seine Anteile ab. Dann geraten sie in zugzwang

Naja, wie war das mit der Zahlung an Mogo im April wo keiner so recht wusste wofür!?

Are there strategic considerations, internal pressures, or possibly personal interests driving this decision? And how does the management justify its stance to shareholders, whose interests it is fundamentally supposed to represent?”
