Dear Mr. Senior Project Lead Major Dyas, belong to a group of Ximen shareholders from Germany who had already corresponded with you in early January 2022 about the pending approval. Now I politely ask you to give us another hint. On March 15, 2022, we shareholders were informed by CEO Anderson that he probably received a promise from your company that you would send him a draft permit to mine a large sample within 30 days. Now that we've all been waiting hopefully for a good 2 years and, for example, in the last few weeks a few million CAD have been collected through private placements to finance the approx. 5 million USD development costs. The question arises, what is the reason which is why this draft approval has still not been sent by your House of Management (CEO Anderson). Are there still missing documents, information or requirements, is it up to our CEO? We would all be very grateful if could you kindly inform us briefly. To be clear, I work for the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation in British Columbia (BC), Canada — not a company. We are a government regulator responsible for provincial Mines legislation. As previously communicated there are no legislated timelines for decisions on mining permits in BC. My understanding is Ximen is working through permit application requirements and no regulatory decisions have been made to date.
