Consolidated Outlook: "We expect Q4 consolidated revenue to be $2.4 billion at the midpoint of our outlook (consensus: $1.96B). We expect consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to be a loss between $186 million and $136 million". "We expect consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to remain negative in Q4 as we expect to recognize losses of between $240 million and $265 million related primarily to inventory we have committed to purchase during Q4.
