Erstens Listing am schwindeligen CSE, der sogar in Kanada keinen interessiert. Schwindlig deshalb, weil man dort dermaßen niedrige Voraussetzungen braucht um an die Börse zu kommen. Da kannst wirklich auch wortwörtlich eine Würstelbude an die Börse schleppen. Dank Dual Listing landet sowas aber dann noch in Deutschland an der Börse, was meiner Ansicht nach verboten gehört. Früher waren solche Unternehmen noch am kanadischen Hauptindex TSX gelistet, dann wollte man dort solche Buden raus haben, da sie schlichtweg das Image des TSX Index beschädigen. Aber Hauptsache bei uns in Deutschland kümmert man sich darum nicht. Zweitens hat die Firma weder eine sinnvolle Website noch sonst was. Sogar das Logo hat Microsoft Paint Style. Zu sinnlose Unternehmen für den TSX, aber in Deutschland werden sie mit gekauften Pusher Meldungen auf Deutsch (sprich: Werbung und keine seriöse Bewertung der Aktie) auf diversen Börsewebsites abgefeiert. Die deutschen buttern das Geld rein, die Kanadier nehmen es raus. Habe ich öfter mitverfolgt dieses Spiel.

Wie kommst du darauf?

Die sammeln nur Geld ein, drehen sich aus den Scheinchen einen Joint und rauchen das stupid german money :) trotzdem viel Erfolg, ich investiere hier definitiv keinen Cent.
