CORPORATE UPDATE
Cruz Battery Metals Corp. has granted a total of 1.3 million stock options to its directors, officers and consultants at an exercise price of 10 cents per share for a period of 12 months. The company also granted a total of 7.08 million restricted share units to its directors, officers and consultants. The RSUs vest as follows: 40 per cent on the date of grant, 20 per cent on three months, 20 per cent on six months and 20 per cent on nine months. The options and the RSUs have been granted in accordance with the company's omnibus equity incentive plan and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Das Teil hat eine winzige Marktkap. von ca. 7 Millionen.Wenn da einer der den Laden gut findet ein paar Millionen reinhängt was für AG Verhältnisse nichts
ist fliegt der Kurs durch die Decke.
Träumen darf man ja.
Bis jetzt läuft das hier noch immer mauerblümchenmässig.

Anson is focused on exploring and developing the Paradox Lithium Project in Utah. It recently
released a major JORC resource upgrade and Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for the Paradox
Project. The Company also recently completed resource drilling at the Cane Creek 32-1 well, and
plans to include the results in a further resource upgrade in the near future. Anson aims to develop
the Project into a substantial lithium producing operation.
